Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Van Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient product distribution within an assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working independently and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a company-owned van to various locations to sell and deliver products to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned route.
  • Stock Delivery and Inventory Visual Merchandising
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Promote and sell company products to retail outlets, wholesalers, or direct consumers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
  • Promote new products and special offers to clients.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prepare sales orders, and process payments.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and proper handling of products in the van.
  • Execute marketing and promotional strategies as guided by sales management.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Van Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, plan routes efficiently, and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Physical ability to load, unload, and carry products as needed.
